Technology geek who is interesting in various areas of computing. The range from computer hardware design, to software development to cloud computing etc.
I have experience in the area of Java based software system designing, development, deployment, testing and maintenance. Gained experience in the software development both in Japan as well as in Sri Lanka. At the same time I have system administration and help desk operation experience in a Japanese environment. Have exposure to server administration as well as HPC (High Performance Computer) system administration. Further, the recent interest is on cloud computing with open source technologies.
Other than the IT skills I have experience in the project management specially small software development team management. By having both engineering as well as management education and experience, I could be able to improve my technical as well as management skills during past few years.
On the other hand ability to handle the whole software delivery process independently, specially medium size software products. At the same time a good team player in large scale software projects.
